Three arrests have been made after a missing Benton County teenager was found

BENTON COUNTY, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) – The Benton County Sheriff's Office said three people have been arrested after a missing minor was found safe.

A 17-year-old female was reported missing on September 11, 2024. BCSO confirmed she was found safe on September 30.

In an Oct. 1 news release, BCSO said Kristen Tucker, 34, Riley Fix, 24, and Bryanhildre Underwood, 30, were arrested in connection with the 17-year-old's disappearance.

Tucker was charged with:

  • Family offense – interference with custody rights

  • Contributing to the crime of a minor

  • Endangering the Welfare of a Minor in the First Degree

  • Tampering with physical evidence

  • Obstruction of government operations

Fix was charged with:

  • Family offense – interference with custody rights

  • Endangering the Welfare of a Minor in the First Degree

  • Obstruction of government operations

Underwood was charged with:

BCSO said they are proud of the team of detectives who worked to bring the missing teenager home safely.

“This result reflects the hard work and collaboration of multiple agencies and we are grateful for their support,” a press release said.

Details are still being investigated.

Multiple agencies assisted including the Springdale Police Department, Fayetteville Police Department, FBI, US Marshals, National Child Protection Task Force and National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
